New Year, New Beeginnings - Amelia Island Restaurant Week Opening Dinner

A new year brings new beeginnings! Celebrate the new year and kick off Amelia Island Restaurant Week with a five-course, cocktail-paired dinner featuring honey!

Located directly behind The Sprouting Project's greenhouse, you'll find our busiest workers. More than 20 colonies of bees produce over a thousand pounds of local, organic honey each year for the resort. Our chefs will spotlight the delicious honey we produce on property and share it with you. Each of the five courses will feature local honey in a new and creative way.

Time:

6 p.m. – Reception (includes a welcome cocktail)

6:30 p.m. – Dinner (each course is paired with a cocktail)

Orange Blossom

blue crab + lil' moo + florida citrus + endive

Chestnut

squash + hazelnut + pomegranate + matt's pancetta

Wildflower

black cod + miso + ginger + kimchee

Our Palmetto

lamb + sunchoke + wild mushroom + chard

Lavender

honey cake + pollen + brandy snap + yuzu

Cash bar will be available to purchase other beverages.

Parking: Complimentary self-parking in the lot adjacent to the restaurant.

Cancellation policy: Refund requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance (by Monday, January 15 at 6 p.m.). No refunds will be issued if cancellation request is not received 72 hours before the event or earlier. Refunds requested 72 hours prior to event will be issued, but the Ticketbud service charges are not refundable. It usually takes up to 5 business days for the funds to post back to the original method of payment.
